The Area Sales Manager provides strategic account management and sales leadership for the Carolinas territory. In this role, your primary call points will be dermatology offices, plastic surgery offices, and medical spas.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within an existing customer base as well as prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities. You will be expected to develop a pipeline of capital systems and to close all transactions.
In addition to strategic account management and development, this role will include coaching and mentoring Territory Managers. You will work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
We are seeking passionate, motivated, and solution-oriented sales leaders with experience in aesthetics capital equipment sales.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field
3+ years of previous in aesthetics capital equipment sales with demonstrated excellent results (greater than 100% achievement).
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a team environment
Ability to manage and close complex sales
Willing to travel 100% of the time within specified territory.
