Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee all aspects of business expansion across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, education, engagement, retention and leads to guarantee maximum client growth and satisfaction.



  • Work with sales leadership to maintain successful collaborations.
  • Leverage clients to upgrade their products.
  • Develop long-term growth strategies through identifying strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to generate new leads, develop new opportunities, and grow business.
  • Maximize revenue generation by working with a direct client path.
  • Collaborate with key channel partners to set them up for success for the clients.
  • Develop engagement strategies with clients to develop professional long-lasting relationships.
  • Ensure all client training is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for user experience.
  • Leverage solutions to meet the desired customer experience and business growth goals.
  • Measured on revenue, business growth numbers, client retention and partnerships.
  • Focused on relationship building, challenging, collaborating and promoting ownership.
  • Advocacy, tenacity and solutions dedicated approach are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced company where the feedback cycle is measured in hours rather than weeks.
  • Be aware of areas of opportunities that alert businesses.
  • Appetite for all things growth focused; penetration of accounts, implementation of new processes, product adoption, educate and train clients all geared towards improving the relationship with the client and generating revenue.



  • Bachelor’s degree and/ or MBA in Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Expertise in relationship building and revenue generation.
  • Experience in the dental or medical industry is a plus.
