Our client is a manufacturer of a highly innovative groundbreaking technology to address fine lines and wrinkles. The company is growing and is seeking a Capital Sales Manager for a newly created territory! In this role, your primary call points will be dermatology offices, plastic surgery offices, and medical spas.
As a Capital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales within an existing customer base as well as prospecting and building a pipeline for new business opportunities. You will be expected to develop a pipeline of capital systems and to close all transactions. In addition to strategic account management and development, this role will include consumable sales. You will work closely with VP of Sales to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets on a monthly basis.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field
5+ years of capital aesthetics or injectables sales experience with demonstrated excellent results (greater than 100% achievement)
Established relationships with plastic surgeons and dermatologists in territory
Strong hunting, cold calling and prospecting skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a team environment
