Position Summary:

Our client, a leader in the medical aesthetics industry, is looking for a Capital Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for concentrating on selling capital equipment to different aesthetic practices. This role will be able to identify customer’s needs, while promoting the product and company.

Responsibilities:

· Introduce the product to aesthetics practices by engaging various stakeholders.

· Identify customer needs and offer potential outcomes or return on investments, guiding clients on integrating the product into their practices.

· Generate leads through cold-calling strategies, including walk-in visits, phone calls, networking, and leveraging social media channels.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets and sales goals.

· Develop strategic selling techniques, utilizing marketing tools and resources to enhance client engagement and the overall experience.

· After closing sales, connect new customers with a dedicated Account Management team members responsible for consumables, ensuring customers achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

· A college degree or equivalent.

· Experience in selling to the aesthetics market, preferably in dermatology/plastic surgery.

· Experience selling capital equipment to physicians (excluding hospitals).

· Proficiency in prospecting new businesses to build and maintain a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques.

· Demonstrated success in closing sales based on ROI and assisting medical practices or spas in building businesses around our products.

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
