Fully learn and understand the device functionalities such that features and functionality can be taught using appropriate clinical terminology, and can be easily understood, and competently demonstrated.
Manage and oversee a group of clinical education staff.
Implement, coordinate, inspect, and evaluate clinical education programs and curriculum.
Seek more effective methods and contents to ensure delivery of high quality clinical education.
Ensure that project/department goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Professionally represent the company during customer interactions for the purpose of supporting customer sales funnel process.
Contribute to improving training materials and programs designed to enhance the learning experience of new customers.
Maintain medical device directive compliance in all customer interactions and communications.
Comply with company procedures, policies and HIPPA regulations.
Education & Qualifications:
Experience working in the Medical Aesthetics industry
Bachelors in medical or life sciences desirable
5 Years minimum related work experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
