Responsibilities:

  • Fully learn and understand the device functionalities such that features and functionality can be taught using appropriate dental terminology, and can be easily understood, and competently demonstrated.
  • Professionally represent the company during customer interactions for the purpose of supporting customer sales funnel process.
  • Contribute to improving training materials and programs designed to enhance the learning experience of new customers.
  • Adhere to approved training materials and documents when assisting customers.
  • Maintain medical device directive compliance in all customer interactions and communications.
  • Successfully explain the benefits of company products or systems over competitive product or systems.
  • Post-install, continue to be a resource for customers that have procedure-related questions and collaborate with sales personnel as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback as necessary to assist with the improvement of products and processes.
  • Formally submit complaint reports for any product or system malfunctions or defects.
  • Comply with company procedures, policies, and HIPPA regulations.

 

Education & Qualifications:

  • Associates in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene, or Dental Assistant certification required
  • Bachelors in medical or life sciences desirable
  • Registered Dental Hygienist or Registered Dental Assistant experience desirable
  • 5 years of minimum related work experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
