Fully learn and understand the device functionalities such that features and functionality can be taught using appropriate dental terminology, and can be easily understood, and competently demonstrated.
Professionally represent the company during customer interactions for the purpose of supporting customer sales funnel process.
Contribute to improving training materials and programs designed to enhance the learning experience of new customers.
Adhere to approved training materials and documents when assisting customers.
Maintain medical device directive compliance in all customer interactions and communications.
Successfully explain the benefits of company products or systems over competitive product or systems.
Post-install, continue to be a resource for customers that have procedure-related questions and collaborate with sales personnel as needed.
Collect customer feedback as necessary to assist with the improvement of products and processes.
Formally submit complaint reports for any product or system malfunctions or defects.
Comply with company procedures, policies, and HIPPA regulations.
Education & Qualifications:
Associates in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene, or Dental Assistant certification required
Bachelors in medical or life sciences desirable
Registered Dental Hygienist or Registered Dental Assistant experience desirable
