Position Summary:

They are looking for a vibrant Dermatology Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for representing, promoting, and selling of the product portfolio to targeted customers within a designated geographical area. This role will provide a progressive community fostering innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy to attain target figures within the market.
- Recognize and establish connections with influential decision makers to promote the product.
- Execute presentations, demonstrations, and informative sessions to clients, highlighting the advantages of the products.
- Proactively pursue and discover fresh business prospects such as, cold calling and participating in industry events.
- Establish a sales pipeline, overseeing leads, and sales engagement within the system.
- Track market trends, competitor actions, and feedback from customers to enhance the product.
- Foster relationships with key customers and leaders in the industry.
- Provide customer service to customers to identify needs and fix issues by collaborating with other teams.
- Maintain knowledge and stay up to date with technology in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing
- Prior experience as a sales representative in the medical device field
- Knowledge of the market within the territory
- Proven record of meeting sales goals
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Energetically self-propelled with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Fluent in German and English
