Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Specialist is responsible for leading the development of all social platforms, innovative social strategies and managing content flow to maximize presence on all social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth marketing experience, a passion for all things marketing, technology and aesthetics. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.


  • Own social media strategy, including organic and paid tactics and social influencer campaigns
  • Build and lead consumer journey maps and content marketing activities to engage and convert target consumers.
  • Deliver clear direction and inspiration to creative teams and oversee creative development to ensure content fulfills channel strategy and breaks through the competitive social media landscape.
  • Maximize brand reach by incorporating earned media efforts in all social channels
  • Develop unique, ownable social strategies with the goal of increasing follower growth and engagement rates.
  • Ideate creative ways to have a presence on new channels and identify how to leverage new features as creative opportunities.
  • Work with relevant influencers and content creators to develop assets that support initiatives and resonate with the social media audience.
  • Develop KPIs, analyze and distribute reports on social media performance to the internal team with recommendations based on findings.



  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and managing social media channels (B2C social media experience a plus)
  • Strategic and consumer-minded approach to digital media
  • Experience managing agencies and can execute multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Experience developing marketing briefs that inspire strong creative work
  • Adept at mining insights from social listening and other digital analytics tools
  • Aesthetics/Beauty/Personal Care/Skin Care experience preferred
  • Action-oriented with a constant drive for results.
  • Experience working with influencers
  • A storyteller with excellent, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field required
