The Digital Marketing Manager, Web Specialist will be responsible for creating best in class digital marketing strategies and action plans to support product launch. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the internal team and agencies to develop the company and product website, plan paid search, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and more.
In addition, the candidate will work with the analytics team to develop end-to-end performance reporting capabilities, highlighting efficacy of campaigns and identifying synergies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth marketing experience, a passion for all things marketing, technology and aesthetics. This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Direct the development of company’s digital marketing programs.
Act as subject matter expert on best practices for digital marketing capabilities
Lead the creation of email campaigns, online newsletters and organize their distribution through various channels.
Be the point person for educating internal stakeholders and HCPs on the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey.
Consult with key accounts so they are well positioned to take advantage of our digital marketing assets.
Work closely with commercial ops to ensure the company account finder reflects customer commitments
Partner with commercial operations to make recommendations/solutions to operational issues.
Build and lead journey maps and content marketing activities to engage and convert target consumers.
Develop KPIs, analyze and distribute reports on engagement to the internal team with recommendations based on findings.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Strategic and consumer-minded approach to digital media
Excellent understanding of all digital traffic channels and their dynamics. Must have hands-on experience with: paid search, paid social, organic social, content marketing, SEO, website optimization, and email marketing.
Experience managing agencies and can execute multiple campaigns at the same time
Aesthetics/Beauty/Personal Care/Skin Care experience preferred
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong communication, presentation and material preparation skills required.
Need to be able to take complex information, distill into simple, easy-to-understand content, and distribute and communicate across organization.
Able to strategically segment large projects into smaller, actionable deliverables, effectively prioritizing a high volume of work across the business.
