 Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing medical aesthetics company, is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join their team! This role will be responsible for defining, optimizing and leading online marketing efforts including paid and organic media, SEO acquisition strategy as well as developing, recommending and executing channel strategies across a variety of paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth marketing experience, a passion for all things marketing, technology and aesthetics. This role will be responsible for building out the Digital Marketing team while being supported by an excellent collaborative team of colleagues from around the globe.  This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing.



  • Lead the development of cohesive, long-term digital strategies, priorities, and goals.
  • Work with team to drive breakthrough channel strategies to ensure company is front of mind for the consumer.
  • Oversee development of a Digital Playbook, a reference tool used by internal partners, to support a collaborative effort in crafting yearly strategy, goals, and plans.
  • Cultivate and develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding
  • Manage digital media budget, measure ROI and KPIs
  • Analyze customer, industry, and market trends to keep strategies up-to-date and ensure company is ahead of the curve
  • Search out and vet start-ups to ensure company is at the vanguard of marketing innovation
  • Lead identification of customer insights via a combination of market research, data analysis, outside partnerships, and firsthand research.
  • Partner with analytics team to publish a quarterly digital report, a compendium of digital goals and performance for North America and Australia/New Zealand.
  • Analyze broad business problems and lead cross-functional teams to create actionable digital programs to solve business issues.
  • Oversee budget and agency partners for all paid digital media channels including social, display, email, native, search and affiliate. 



  • 5 -7 years proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Experience in Aesthetics, Beauty, Cosmetics and/or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Reputation for integrity and ethical behavior are critical
  • Action-oriented, decisive, bold, results driven with strong leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented approach to problem-solving, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to be agile and nimble in a start-up organization, need experience managing stakeholders under tight timelines across multiple projects
  • History of owning, succeeding and delivering on critical KPIs including new customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and developing teams

  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator with key decision makers.

  • Experience managing a P&L
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field required
