Our client is an international capital equipment company in the medical aesthetics industry.  The company uses groundbreaking technology to treat a niche concern and is the only device of its kind in the industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for sales team
  • Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Support assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Implement new technology, including CRM, to field sales teams.
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
  • Manage order entry team
  • Work with 3PL’s in the US and internationally

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales support team
  • 2+ years of experience managing 3PL’s in US. International experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with international distributors
  • Data driven and with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to perform advanced computing functions
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
