Our client is an international capital equipment company in the medical aesthetics industry. The company uses groundbreaking technology to treat a niche concern and is the only device of its kind in the industry.
Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for sales team
Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
Support assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources
Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
Implement new technology, including CRM, to field sales teams.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.
Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
Manage order entry team
Work with 3PL’s in the US and internationally
7+ years of sales operations experience
2+ years of experience managing sales support team
2+ years of experience managing 3PL’s in US. International experience is a plus.
Experience working with international distributors
Data driven and with a high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to perform advanced computing functions
Familiarity with databases and sales software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
