Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Head of People Services provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s Human Capital operations. This role is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating compliant human resources strategy to achieve growth-oriented business goals through the deployment of policies, procedures, shared best practices in alignment with the long-range strategic organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have direct IPO or M&A and divestiture experience from a Human Capital perspective. This role is based at the Global Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.
Lead and grows the functional Human Resources team for commercial goal achievement.
As the business partner, engages and coaches key internal stakeholders and departments for goal realization.
Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
Identifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
Identifying individual, group and organizational development opportunities by defining, developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and programs to drive business goals and priorities forward
Actively and proactively partner with HR Business Partners to shape strategy, manage change, improve processes, redesign organizational structures, identify and coach key talent, and realign/shift cultures assuring high performing, engaged and inclusive teams
Identify, develop, and lead training and educational programs that align to company core values and strategy
Leads the selection process for learning technologies and managing deployment of key platforms that will be launched to all employees and partners
Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
Drafts and implements the organization’s staffing budget, and the budget for the human resource department.
Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Fundamental understanding of the human capital ecosystem as it relates to achieving commercial goals in a dynamic rapidly growing environment.
Digitally oriented experience with creation and utilization of digital systems for automation providing structured and immediate access to relevant data by function. AI experience a plus.

Due to the nature of this leadership role, the successful candidate must be based full time in the greater Los Angeles area and available to be in the office full time. This is not a remote role.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least 10 years of human resource leadership in organizational development or people
development experience required, with strategic talent management highly preferred.
