The Head of Project Management is responsible for leading the program of business transformation, working closely with the executive team, to successfully deliver the strategic projects across a complex business landscape.



Essential Duties

  • Lead the delivery of the company’s production plant
  • Lead other key projects in the design and implementation phases
  • Confirm deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments
  • Translates the strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change management strategies
  • Preventing any anticipated risks, resolve issues and complex challenges
  • Deliver on time and within budget
  • Contribute to the development of company practice, methodologies, and people
  • Lead the on-boarding experience, driving efficiency in all processes
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the business requirement for projects, develop effective working relationships during project implementation and ensure business as usual ownership is understood by management
  • Proactively identify opportunities for product and service enhancements, working alongside the Management Team and Subject Matter Experts to deliver improvements
  • Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, etc.
  • When problems with processes are identified, communicate to the different teams touched by the problematic processes to deliver improvement plans

  • Ability to work across USA and Australian time zones when required
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept through to completion
  • Demonstrated experience working across a diverse range of projects at any one time
  • Project management experience on medium or large-scale projects
  • Good financial acumen and cost plan management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven senior stakeholder management and community consultation skills
