  • Be a strategic advisor to the CEO.
  • Organize and lead multiyear strategic planning initiatives.
    • Develop a multiyear roadmap for organizational growth including resource planning.
    • Ensure an annual plan for all areas.
    • Ensure quarterly objectives in key results are established, measured, and delivered.
  • Solidify the operational infrastructure to support a growing customer base.
  • Lead all financial aspects of the organization.
    • Responsible for financial planning and reporting.
  • Lead all people services including compliance, benefits, and employee development.
    • Ensure attraction and retention of strong talent.
    • Develop benefits to retain talent.
    • Develop and implement a compensation strategy aligned with organizational behaviors and performance.
    • Build and implement an employee development strategy.
    • Lead all People Strategy Team initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and guidance for the executive team across all the business.



  • 15 - 20 years of proven experience driving the operations of a company from start-up to high growth in the technology, professional services or related industries.
  • Understands the organizational needs of a rapidly growing company and can build the appropriate infrastructure to support short term and long-term goals.
  • Strong strategic business background, executive management experience or MBA preferred
