Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the commercial team to develop all sales collateral and presentations.
  • Incorporate new positioning and messaging across all commercial facing materials.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Work with leadership to manage all tradeshows, symposiums, and study clubs.
  • Build a speaker’s bureau.
  • Working with the Marketing team develop and execute annual marketing plans.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years at the Product Manager level.
  • Track record of successfully managing a medical device brand. Must show demonstrated brand growth. Dental experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of creating a close partnership with a capital sales team.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals. Ability to bring positioning and messaging to life when executing marketing tactics.
  • Experience with tradeshow strategy and execution.
  • Experience working with a CRM. Experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Experience working with ad agencies and graphic designers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities.
  • Strong project management skills – must be able to organize work in a methodical and rigorous manner; comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong self-starter who is willing to make their mark in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
  • Ability to define key metrics and goals related to both functional and project level progress and success
  • BA required MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations preferred.
  • Start-up experience preferred.
