Senté products are formulated using cutting edge science and are marketed through prominent dermatology and plastic surgery practices and medical spas across the United States. Our mission is to significantly improve skin matrix health and deliver exceptional service to our physicians.

The Position

Strategic Account Executives are passionate and committed about helping our business partners dispense skin products that provide immediate and long-term real improvement to their patients. As practice development experts, they work closely with physicians and skin care professionals in helping them grow the retail segment of their aesthetics practice. They act as a resource to their accounts, offer education and provide business building consultation.

Success in this role hinges on a consistent focus on:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with targeted aesthetics practices within a defined market
  • Ensuring that Senté professional partnerships are maximized
  • Consistently pursuing and engaging new business opportunities

A typical day might include:

  • Supporting existing Senté accounts with education and practice building activities including product knowledge, the inclusion of Senté into daily protocols, and promotional initiatives and consumer events
  • Introducing Senté science and products to new accounts
  • Assessing customer websites, use of Senté branding, logo, photos and product descriptions to ensure optimal brand experience
  • Supporting Senté accounts in their marketing efforts by attending open houses and similar in office events
  • Representing Senté at industry trade shows and medical professional conferences

Qualifications and Skills

  • Passion and commitment for delivering exceptional customer service and results
  • At least 3 years of customer facing business development experience. Direct sales experience in the aesthetics dermatology, plastic surgery, or spa/salon markets is a definite plus
  • Demonstrated high degree of proficiency for creating rapid growth for the customers serviced
  • 4-year college degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly sales commissions.
