Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product expertise to drive strategy and commercial execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing plans to drive sales within the entire product portfolio and new product launches, including key activities and budgets.
  • In alignment with leadership, establish annual budget and participate in strategy meetings to provide input for the annual marketing plan for the entire product portfolio.
  • Support the product portfolio as required with targeted primary market research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop product positioning and messaging for target buyer personas.
  • Be an expert on the competition and how they are positioned in the market.
  • Be the primary thought leader for the entire product portfolio, including speaking events and written copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders to create marketing content to include clinical case reports, webinars, instructional videos, and product presentations.
  • In conjunction with key opinion leaders, cross-functional teams, and external business partners, develop and implement digital workflows to maximize sales and product adoption.
  • Support on-going training of sales executives, inside sales and customer service representatives.
  • In alignment with Sales Leadership, develop product sales promotions and internal sales contest and spiffs to incentivize sales executives to drive new products or commercial priorities.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities and provide performance measurements to determine positioning, viability, demand, and profitability.
  • Assist with the implementation of pricing structure, periodic price increases, and tiered pricing scenarios for customers.
  • Assist Sr. Graphic Designer in the creation of marketing collateral to support the entire product portfolio to include, but not limited to sales brochures, product catalogs, flyers, website content, surgical and restorative manuals, ordering guides, instructional videos, animations, social media content, webinars, digital campaigns, and print advertisements.
  • Supports ROW Markets by tailoring North American marketing collateral in compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing or sales experience working in the Medical Device or Dental Industry; experience with dental implants is highly preferred.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing integrated marketing plans required.
  • Experience in bringing products to market by extensive and detailed product launch plans and working cross-functionally with Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, and other departments.
  • Proven experience in developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with key customers, as well as clinical champions.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously with measured progress on multiple fronts.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems or situations, develop comprehensive alternatives to address the problem, and formulate a concrete recommendation with supporting rationale.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Formal presentation skills and ability to present in front of a large audience.
