VP of Marketing

Our client is an international capital equipment company in the medical aesthetics industry.  The company uses groundbreaking technology to treat a niche concern and is the only device of its kind in the industry.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving marketing strategy including brand identity, messaging, physician marketing, digital marketing & PR initiatives
  • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness via customers and consumers.
  • Leading and managing the Marketing team as well as agencies
  • Identifying and leading critical business development initiatives including joint marketing collaboration programs
  • Driving, coordinating and measuring critical customer experience and advocacy programs
  • Partnering with CEO and cross-functional leadership to build long term strategic plan and optimize critical company initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining the Marketing budget allocating resources in alignment with opportunities
  • Building and driving a customer-centric team
  • Presenting to board of directors and key shareholders

 

Qualifications / Experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience within medical aesthetics
  • Excellent management and leadership abilities
  • Demonstrated organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated capabilities to be agile and nimble in a start-up organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented approach to problem-solving, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to be a hands-on executive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Comfortable working with small teams and supporting a decentralized sales organization and international distributors
